We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Every Sweet Sweet Freaks piece is handcrafted to order by our in-house master craftsmen on the Sunshine Coast. Your item is made specifically for you, with the care and attention our brand is known for.
Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible, particularly during busy periods or holidays, as production capacity is limited and we may experience an influx of orders.
All parcels are shipped in discreet packaging. No product names or brand markings appear on the outside of your parcel.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you.
To lodge a return request, email hello@sweetsweetfreaks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If the product is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
